How It Works

• Setup The door panel, typically made of MDF, HDF, plywood, or similar materials, is placed on the press bed. The decorative membrane film is positioned on top.
• Vacuum Creation A vacuum pump removes air from the sealed area, creating negative pressure. Atmospheric pressure presses the membrane tightly against the surface, ensuring uniform contact.
• Heat Activation Heating elements warm the film and adhesive. Heat softens the film and activates the adhesive so that it bonds permanently to the panel surface.
• Curing and Cooling The panel is held under vacuum and heat until the adhesive sets. After the cycle finishes, the vacuum is released, and the bonded panel is ready for trimming and finishing.
